Chocolate chip Banana Waffles

I know it's been a while, a loong while. And I promised you guys more blogmas post. I apologize for not delivering but life, pregnancy and soooo much more got in the way.

 

We are approaching our one year anniversary and we are about to kick it up several notches!!! I'm so proud I finally launched this blog and now its time to expand. Let's jump right into this blog shall we.

 

Now yall know I have a love affair with breakfast and brunch. Egg, pancakes, French toast are some of my faves! But I recently found a cute mini waffle maker so I decided to whip up some waffles using ReMix waffles.

 

ReMix Waffles are crunchy on the outside with a fluffy center and a slightly sweet taste. They're perfect for eating by themselves with nothing else or topped with fruit and maple syrup. Add your favorite mix-in for amazing flavor combinations. There are no additives or preservatives to worry about, only the things you'd find in your home kitchen. I decided to add bananas and chocolate to mine and it came out super duper yummy!

Ingredients:

1 cup ReMix Waffle mix

3/4 cup almond milk or buttermilk

1 large egg/Vegan egg substitute

3 Tbsp. Oil

A handful of Chocolate Chips

1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

1 Banana crushed to soften

Instructions:

Heat your waffle iron. Mix all ingredients together. Poor into waffle iron and voila! Top with slices banana and maple syrup (optional)
